Keystone quality assurance yields consistent press-like output for all book manufacturing applications allowing us to deliver a high level of value to our customers. We offer soft-cover books with a wide range of binding and finishing options. For printed text we produce sharp, crisp image quality on 50#, 60# or 70# acid-free paper. Covers are produced in full process color on 10pt C1S cover stock, equivalent to the finest offset printing and laminated with a nylon lay-flat film laminate. The books are then perfect bound using a high quality flexible hot melt adhesive and accurately trimmed on our three-knife trimmer.

Mechanical binding is a great solution for products that need to lie flat. Double loop wire binding, commonly referred to as Wire-O, is a durable binding method that lies flat, opens 360º and is perfect for manuals, cookbooks, any book that benefits the user by laying flat.

Many people think of Wire-O as the Cadillac of mechanical binding. It is an elegant, durable and versatile binding style that has endured for decades, yet never looks dated. It's pages open without a “step-up”, making Wire-O an appropriate choice for books with crossover images. Wire-O elements are available in a wide variety of standard colors.

Flexible, child-safe, and durable, plastic spiral binding also offers the lay-flat and 360 degree turning capability of Wire-O. Often used for the same types of products as Wire-O, plastic spiral binding is formed by coiling a length of plastic binding material down the spine of a book.
